Blast freezing & chillers for trays

Retarder proofer for grids

The ARM48E gives you full control over every stage of the proofing process, from temperature and humidity to timing.

It holds 20 grids (400×800 mm) spaced 60 mm apart, giving you plenty of capacity for your daily production. The interior is stainless steel for easy cleaning, and the cabinet is well-insulated with 60 mm polyurethane foam for consistent temperature performance. The single door comes with an easily removable silicone gasket, making maintenance straightforward.

Control is handled by the Bi-Tronic 4 interface, with electronic humidity control and automatic defrosting built in. Delivered fully assembled and ready to use.
